Liquidation of M/S SHRI DIYA PROJECTS PVT. LTD.

The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against M/s Shri Diya Projects Pvt. Ltd vide its order dated 21.04.2022 (received on 30.04.2022) and Subsequently, appointed Mr. Amarpal as the Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor who was later on appointed as the Resolution Professional in the first meeting of the committee of creditors 30.05.2022 and later on confirmed by the Hon’ble Adjudicating Authority vide its order dated 06.07.2022. Further, since no resolution plan was put for the presentation before the Committee of Creditors due to unforeseeable circumstances therefore, the RP moved an application under Section 33 for the Liquidation of the Corporate Debtor, with the requisite approval from the committee of creditors. Later on, the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench vide its order dated 31.07.2024 (received on 06.08.2024) allowed the Liquidation Application bearing IA No. 03/2024 and appointed Mr. Amarpal as the Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor.
